It not only helped my body adjust and recover so much quicker to this new workload and it relieved my soreness and tension. Its my absolute go to to use every night, I find it helps me relax, unwind, sleep better, is agreat bit of selfcare and the smell of the butter is so amazing and relaxing to. Worked far better for me than constantly using voltaren emugel that the specialist physio recommended.
